The City of Light and Stars is a nocturnal dwarven city I created for my own IP. It is populated by artisans, scholars, and scientists who value creation and innovation over all else. In their quest to further the possibilities of engineering, they created a large observatory to study that which they admire most: the greatest and most powerful forges in the universe. They capture images of these stars to better study and revere them using silver plate photography and complex steam engine systems.
